How to resolve
No student folder found — Verify the student (never guess a spelling), then move the file into the student's “Completed Mastery Checks” subfolder and remove the prefix. Or create the missing student folder; the next nightly run will file it automatically.
Name not on roster — Confirm the correct full name and PK with the centre director, rename the file to FirstName LastName_PK####_YYYYMMDD, and file it.
Possible duplicate — Compare it with the file in the student folder; delete it if they are identical.
Unreadable scan — Identify the student manually, then rename the file.
The nightly filing run rebuilds this list automatically — resolved files drop off on their own.
